Did you know that, as with any printer, you have several options to optimize the layout of your PDF using PrimoPDF? With a few minor
adjustments to your print settings, you can easily scale your content to produce the right-sized PDF for your needs.
To adjust output PDF page size and scale content:
- Open the file to be converted to PDF in your authoring software and select the program's Print option.
- From the Print window, locate the Scale to paper size option. Choose your desired page size (e.g., "Letter" or "A4").
NOTE: When No Scaling is selected, the output PDF will retain the same page settings as the input file.
- Select PrimoPDF from your list of available printers and then click OK. Set your PrimoPDF options and convert to PDF as usual!
When available, you can also use your software's Page(s) per sheet setting to create booklet-style output, with multiple pages appearing on a single page in the output PDF
