You can easily improve the searchability of your PDFs by adding descriptive information using PrimoPDF's Document Properties option:

1. Title. A descriptive title for your document. For online searches, the text entered here will appear in the search engine results; otherwise the PDF file name will be used.
2. Author. The name of the individual or organization that is responsible for the document. In some cases, you may wish to use a department or company name rather than an individual's name.
3. Subject. A brief description of the document contents and the information the PDF is meant to provide.
4. Keywords. Additional keywords related to the content of the PDF, to help if the user performs a search using a specific phrase.
• To change these settings, simply select File > Print, choose the PrimoPDF printer, and click the Change button in the Document Properties section of the PrimoPDF window.
